Copper & Cask 11 Year Straight Bourbon Whiskey Batch 016

Copper & Cask consistently secures compelling barrels, and Batch 016 stands as a prime example of heavily aged bourbon. Eleven years of rest transform the raw spirit into something dark and profound. Many bottlers pull their whiskey early. This release waited in the wood. At a formidable 116.2 proof, the liquid remains fiercely bold yet structurally sound. The extended oak contact imparts a brooding character that commands your immediate attention. Such deliberate aging creates a pivotal shift in the whiskey's fundamental structure, pulling out dense layers of flavor that younger barrels simply cannot replicate.
